This Privacy Policy explains how Krynzionz Limited (trading as Krynzionz.com) ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you use krynzionz.com and related services (the "Services"). We aim to comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Personal information we collect
- Account and contact details: name/username, email, password (hashed), preferences, support messages.
- Transaction/administration data: billing records and receipts (we do not store full card details if processed by a payment provider).
- Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, crash logs.
- Gameplay and performance analytics: in-game events, progression, session length, feature use, matchmaking/performance metrics (where applicable).
- Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, security, and remembering settings (see “Cookies”).
Why we use personal information
- Provide and operate the Services (accounts, gameplay, customer support).
- Improve, test and develop features; understand usage and gameplay performance.
- Security, fraud prevention, enforcing terms, and protecting players and our systems.
- Send service messages (e.g., confirmations, security notices) and, where you opt in, marketing communications.
- Meet legal, regulatory and tax requirements.
Our grounds for processing
In New Zealand, we collect and use personal information only where it is necessary for our functions and activities and in line with the Information Privacy Principles. In practice, this includes processing that is: (a) necessary to provide the Services you request, (b) based on your consent (e.g., optional marketing/cookies), (c) required or authorised by law, or (d) necessary for legitimate operational purposes such as security and service improvement.
Sharing and service providers
We may share personal information with trusted third-party service providers that process information on our behalf, such as hosting/infrastructure, analytics, customer support tools, email delivery, and payment processing. We require them to handle information securely and only for permitted purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
International transfers
Some providers may store or process information outside New Zealand. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless we must retain it longer for legal, tax, dispute resolution, or security reasons. Where possible, we delete or de-identify information when it is no longer required.

Your rights (NZ Privacy Act 2020)
- Request access to personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of personal information (and ask us to attach a statement if we do not agree to the correction).
- Complain to us, and if unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
