Virtual Items & In-App Purchases Policy

This policy explains optional in-app purchases and any virtual currency or virtual items offered through Krynzionz.com and related apps/services (together, the “Service”).
1) Virtual items and virtual currency
The Service may offer virtual items (e.g., digital content, cosmetics, boosts, features) and/or virtual currency (e.g., coins, credits). Virtual items/currency are licensed to you for use within the Service only, subject to our terms and any applicable platform rules.
2) Purchases, pricing, and taxes
Purchases are optional and may be made through an app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) or directly on our website (if available). Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may include applicable taxes (including New Zealand GST) depending on your location and the checkout method.
3) Subscriptions and recurring billing (if offered)
If we offer a subscription or other recurring purchase, the billing frequency, price, and renewal terms will be displayed before you confirm payment. Recurring charges continue until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect according to the platform/checkout rules and may not refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated at purchase.
4) No cash value; no redemption
Virtual currency and virtual items have no cash value. They are not legal tender, are not redeemable or exchangeable for money, and cannot be redeemed for prizes or anything else of value outside the Service unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing for a specific offering.
5) Use rules and limitations
- Virtual items/currency may only be used within the Service and may be tied to a specific account and region.
- We may change, remove, or limit virtual items/currency as part of service updates, balancing, security, or fraud prevention.
- Transferring, selling, gifting, or trading virtual items/currency outside the Service is not permitted unless we expressly enable it in-product.
6) Refunds and cancellations
All sales are generally final once delivered/credited, except where a refund is required by law or permitted by the relevant platform or our checkout provider.
- App store purchases: Refunds and cancellations are handled by the app store under its policies and your account settings.
- Website/direct purchases (if available): Contact us with your order details. We may request information to investigate issues such as duplicate charges, non-delivery, or unauthorised transactions.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback may result in access restrictions or account review where permitted by law and platform rules.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986) to the extent applicable.
7) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when it was most recently revised.
