These Terms govern your use of krynzionz.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Social casino; no real-money gambling
- The Service is a social casino for entertainment only.
- No real-money gambling: you cannot wager New Zealand dollars or any real-world currency through the Service.
- No prizes of value: the Service does not offer cash-out, redemption, or prizes with real-world monetary value.
2) Virtual currency / virtual items
- Virtual coins/credits and items (together “Virtual Items”) are licensed, not sold.
- Virtual Items have no cash value, are not property, and are not transferable or redeemable for money or value outside the Service.
- We may modify, reset, or discontinue Virtual Items and balances where reasonably necessary (including for security, compliance, or integrity of play).
3) Eligibility and account rules
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for your account activity and keeping login details secure.
- You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
4) Acceptable use
- No cheating, bots, exploits, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content or conduct.
- No buying, selling, or trading accounts or Virtual Items.
5) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, engaged in fraud/abuse, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
6) Intellectual property
The Service, software, and content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful personal entertainment.
7) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outcomes in games reflect skill or chance in any particular way.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for direct loss is limited to NZD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (whichever is higher). Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable) or liability for fraud.
9) Disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts of New Zealand, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
10) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
